Important Update: AEP & Athletics Restart – Sunday, March 8

As we resume our After-School Experience Programs (AEPs) and Athletics, our priority is providing a safe, sense of normalcy for our students. Please review the safety protocols below.

1. Attendance & Safety

Real-Time Tracking: Attendance is taken within the first 5 minutes of every session to ensure 100% accountability in "Stay in Place" scenarios.

2. Emergency & Siren Protocols

During Sessions: If sirens sound, all students move to the Cafeteria and remain there until the "All Clear" (long siren).
During Dismissal: If sirens sound during bus loading, departures will be delayed. Parents will be notified via emergency communication.
In-Transit: If buses are already on the road when sirens sound, they will continue their routes to get students home safely.

3. Pick-Up Locations

Normal: Car pick-up at the Pergola; Bus pick-up at the Bus Gate.
Emergency/Indoor: All parent pick-ups will shift to the Cafeteria.
