After-school activities (AEPs) are an exciting part of student life at ACS. Whether your child loves music, robotics, painting, basketball, or community service, there’s something for everyone.
Most ASAs are led by our teachers and staff, ensuring a consistent and caring environment that reflects our school’s values. Each session runs for several weeks, and we encourage students to try something new every term!
We view After-School Exploration Program (AEP) as an avenue for students to connect with teachers differently. Students can build friendships with peers and explore new interests they may not always encounter. While we do have some outside providers, most activities are offered primarily by our staff and they range from active games, quiet spaces, clubs, and tinkering to leisure activities.
AEPs generally meet once per week on an 8-week cycle
You will need to register through PowerSchool. Go to Student Profile → Student Form, and you will find the form under General Forms.
The form will be published during the week of August 23rd.
Elementary School (ES): 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Middle School (MS): 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM
High School (HS): 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM
AEPs run Sunday-Thursday, however, please note that there are limited offerings on Sundays as Sundays are sheltered for staff professional development after school. AEPs are not offered for KG students in the first semester as they are transitioning to full days.

SAISA Art & Music Festival:
Student Council (ES, MS & HS): Open to all students. Communication about the student council from each section will be provided at the beginning of the year.
Club Founders & Leaders: Students may propose and lead new clubs with faculty advisor approval & supervision.
Team Captains: Chosen by coaches based on leadership and team responsibility.
Event Leadership: Opportunities through MUN, Compassion Summit, Drama, Robotics, and other major events.
