After-School Exploration Program (AEP) 

Our after-school activities program provides busing for those who are registered. Please note that the bus numbers, drivers, and routes will most likely differ depending on the number of students in various activities from day to day.

• Elementary AEPs run 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM with a bus departure time of 4:15 PM from ACS

• Middle and High School AEPs - 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM with a bus departure time of 4:45 PM from ACS

Tagging in and out

Students tag in and out on ASA and late buses just like regular routes. MS/HS use their ID badge, ES use their backpack tag. Each tag notifies parents through the ACS app. Because routes and drivers change daily, tagging in confirms your child is on the correct bus. Forgot your badge? Tag in on the kiosk touch screen. Note: tagging in does not reserve a seat. HS students still need the late-bus form before 12pm.

HS Students Only

If you are a student who receives ACS busing transportation and needs to ride the late bus but are not currently on the late bus roster, you need to complete this form before 12pm the day of. ACS will not be able to accommodate students on the late bus who do not complete the form before 12pm the day of.
